What began as a professional step quickly turned into a deep connection that accompanies her to this day. She loves to inspire people about this unique continent and to create experiences that linger long after – full of emotion, encounters, and unforgettable moments.
Africa gives me this feeling of lightness and happiness every time. Whether it's a quiet morning in the bush, a glass of wine in Franschhoek, or the first rays of sunshine over the delta – here you feel life more intensely. This is the feeling I want to bring closer to travelers.
My most unforgettable trip
Botswana
In the Okavango Delta in Botswana, I experienced days where one highlight pursued the next. Especially impressive for me was a helicopter flight over the delta – it will remain unforgettable for me. From above, I could observe herds of elephants, giraffes, and hippos. Particularly exciting was the mokoro ride through the waterways. The paddlers, who grew up in the delta, shared their experiences and told exciting stories about life and nature there. Every evening is rounded off with a sundowner in the bush – a gin & tonic, the setting sun, and the special tranquility of this environment. I rarely went to bed happier than on those days.

Costa Rica is at the top of my bucket list – a country full of wild nature and "Pura Vida". I dream of hiking through the dense rainforests, marveling at volcanoes, and observing the colorful wildlife of Costa Rica.
Experience & Background
Julia has been working in tourism since 2013. In 2017, her path led her to an Africa specialist and to a world that has not let her go. Africa became a place she returns to time and again – because of the warm-hearted people, the diverse landscapes, and the many experiences you can only find here. Above all, South Africa has become a kind of second home for her over the years.
For Julia, southern Africa is a kaleidoscope of impressions that excites her every single time. It’s the elegant wineries in Franschhoek, the creative restaurants and cafés of Cape Town, the vastness and silence of the Skeleton Coast, the feeling of freedom when quad biking in the desert, the vibrant colors of a sundowner in the bush, the silent movement of a mokoro in the Okavango Delta, and the exciting closeness to lions, elephants, and all the other animals of southern Africa.
Hemingway's quote "I never knew of a morning in Africa when I woke up that I was not happy" perfectly describes this feeling for her: the deep happiness that she experiences here time and again. This enthusiasm flows into her work and makes her a consultant who creates trips with heart and experience, which are close to the guests' wishes and make the soul of Africa tangible.
