Nils has been working in travel consulting for many years, combining extensive expertise with a genuine passion for exceptional experiences. He has spent a large part of his professional career getting to know countries in depth and accompanying people on their journeys. This blend of experience, curiosity, and sensitivity makes him an important part of the Safari Memories family.
Travel opens new horizons and allows for unforgettable experiences. My goal is to make each trip a personal experience that remains memorable for a long time.
Experience & Background
His path originally led him into the finance world, but he quickly realized that travel excites him more than numbers. After studying International Tourism Management, he worked in various parts of the world and spent six formative years in Colombia. He has been in the industry for over 16 years and has developed a deep sense of what truly moves people while traveling.
In addition to Latin America, East Africa is a region that continues to attract him. He has collected countless impressions there – from encounters in the rainforests of Uganda to safari experiences that have profoundly shaped his view of nature and wildlife. He brings this experience into the planning of the trips that characterize Safari Memories: well thought out, personal, and full of heart.
Personal Life
Nils is not only professionally interested in distant countries, but also lives this curiosity in everyday life. Encounters while traveling are often the most valuable aspect of a journey for him. This attitude is also felt by travelers who work with him. His goal is to create moments that connect – with nature, culture, and the people on site.
