Giraffe Manor

Breakfast with giraffes sticking their long necks through the window to keep you company sounds unusual at first, but at Giraffe Manor it's the order of the day. The Giraffe Manor is an exclusive boutique hotel located in a protected area for the endangered Rothschild giraffe near Nairobi. The building was built in 1932 and is modeled on a Scottish hunting lodge. It dates back to a time when the first European visitors came to Africa to go on safaris and the house has retained its historic character to this day.
